Orders & Quotations

Quotations and orders placed through the system constitute an offer to purchase and are not binding until confirmed by an authorized staff member and converted to an invoice. Prices and availability remain subject to change until confirmation.

All prices are in the currency configured in the system and may or may not include tax per configuration. Online payments are processed by an external gateway; only the gateway's confirmed notification is treated as proof of payment.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns and exchanges are subject to the shop's stated policy and the item's condition, excluding installed or used items unless there is a manufacturing defect.
